A helper is just a short message you keep and reuse. Yours does two small jobs:

Can say "I do not know"so it stops making facts up

Save the helper, not the real answer. Leave out any name, number, address, or account detail.

Keep this in mind too. ChatGPT is not the decider for money, health, legal, account, or safety choices. For those, ask a real person you trust.

The helper is one message. You paste a fresh answer at the end of it. The list is three short questions you read fast.

Your three must-be-true questions are simple:

NumberIs the number right?

DateIs the date right?

RuleIs the rule right?

Keep both in one easy spot. A note on your phone works. So does a card by the screen, or a saved file.

Read the list once for any real detail. If you spot one, swap it for a blank in brackets, like [address].

Check this answer for me. Mark each part as a fact or a guess. Say where each fact comes from. If you are not sure, say "I do not know." Do not make a fact up. Answer: a city park is open from 6 in the morning until 10 at night.

What the AI sends back

Open time, 6 in the morning: this is a guess. Many parks open at dawn, but I cannot confirm this one. Close time, 10 at night: also a guess. Some parks close at dusk. Holiday hours: I do not know. Please check the park's own posted sign or its website for the real hours.

The first ask, "is this right?", is too vague. The saved helper tells ChatGPT to split fact from guess, and to admit when it does not know.
