Here they are once more, in plain words. An AI answer is a reply that ChatGPT writes back to you.

One rule keeps you safe. AI is fine for small things, like dates, prices, cooking times, and short lists.

But for money, health, legal, account, or safety calls, do not trust AI alone. Ask a real person.

The whole move

Read once, then ask three small questions.

When a fresh answer comes back, you do not rush. You read it one time, slowly.

Then you ask yourself three small questions, one at a time:

Is any part Wrong?does a fact look off?

Is any part Made-up?can I find proof it is real?

Is any part Missing?is a key piece left out?

Then you mark the one part that must be true. You decide: act on it, fix it, or hold it.

Hold it means wait. If that part really matters, and a wrong answer would cost you, check with a real person first.

The part that must be true is the safe inside heat. Check that on a trusted food-safety page before you serve it.
