Make claims easier to see

A list helps you review; it does not prove the facts.

Ask for one claim per line. Put the check it needs beside it, or in a second list.

Do not split the work into facts AI is sure of and facts only it doubts. Important claims in both groups need evidence.

The two lists show the claims and missing checks. They do not give any claim a pass just because AI sounds sure.

Review a cooking claim

A six-minute egg claim needs more than a tidy list.

Made-up reply: "A soft-boiled egg is safe after six minutes in boiling water." That reply cites no source or real result. Write a request that separates this claim from the checks it needs. Do not confirm the time.
