Save a helper and plan trusted contacts

Keep useful context and known routes ready.

Give the helper four parts: Name, Use when, Prompt and My check. Leave slots for a message summary, known context and actions already taken.

Plan a separate note for your bank, card issuer and phone company. Use phone numbers from your known account apps, your own current card or a real bill. Do not ask AI to invent them.

Check contact details when you reuse the note; old notes can become stale. A search ad or unexpected message is not proof of a real number.

Write in the practice box and read the save status. It shows whether work is saved in this browser or to your account. Wait if it still says saving.

If saving fails or the lesson has changed, keep a copy of your writing and follow the message. A helper name alone is not proof of a save.

The filled request still leaves a real check to do.

Made-up helper test: a text claims a package is stuck and asks for a fee through a link. A parcel is expected. No link was opened, no details were shared and no payment was made. The sender has not been checked.
