Pulling it together

Now you run the whole routine in order.

You learned each part on its own. Now you run them as one calm routine.

Use this any time a text, email, or call rushes you, scares you, or pushes you to pay.

Here are your six steps, in the order you do them:

1. Noticethe rushed or scary feeling in your chest
2. Stripout private details before you paste anything
3. Ask AIin ChatGPT to name the warning signs
4. Checkthe real source yourself, in your own way
5. Decideslowly, with no clock and no rush
6. Act or waitand ask a person you trust if unsure

One rule holds it all together: a real company never rushes you. You always check the official source yourself.

Strip means take out private things first. Private things are names, your address, account numbers, or health facts.

Never make the last call on your money, your accounts, or your safety with AI. Ask a real person.
