Save a sharing helper with room for open checks

Keep the audience and open checks in the request.

Use four parts: Name, Use when, Prompt and My check. Leave slots for your prepared text and who will see it. Add slots for facts to keep and checks still open.

Sort for this purpose. Remove or replace needless private details, then take a last look. Do not send raw private text to AI to have it cleaned.

Does the reply keep the facts and name the gaps? Just repeating “sort, swap, last look” does not prove it did a useful check.

Write in the practice box and read the save status. It says whether your work is saved in this browser or to your account. Wait if it still says saving.

To return, open My learning. On a phone, open the menu first. Find this lesson in Saved work and reopen the draft.

If saving fails or the lesson has changed, keep a copy of your writing and follow the message. A helper name alone is not proof of a save.

A useful review should leave real checks open.
