Step 1 of 6
Picking up where you left off

Now let's use a real worry of your own.

You have practiced the steps. Today you do it for real.

Think of one person you love. Pick one small worry about how they stay safe online.

Keep it small. Not a crisis. A small worry is a little thing on your mind, not an emergency.

Then say it in one short line. For example: "I want my person to slow down before they tap a scary text."

One rule keeps everyone safe. Take out private facts before you ask ChatGPT.

Say "my person," not their real name. No phone numbers. No addresses. No account numbers.

And not for a crisis. If money is gone, or someone is threatened, stop. Call a real person or a help line right now.
