Open it now. Type chatgpt.com in your web browser. Or tap the ChatGPT app if you have it on your phone.

It may ask you to sign in or pick a plan. That is normal. Choose the free one. You will not be charged a cent.

You cannot break anything here. There is no wrong button to press.

You're helping one person you love.

Today you write one short, kind note. It will help someone you love stay safe online.

Start small. Pick one person. Pick one worry. Then use general words only, like this:

The personsay "my friend," not their real name

The worryscary texts, or sharing too much online

Keep their details out. Never type a person's name, phone number, home address, or their messages.

You are the trusted human, not the AI. The AI finds gentle words. You decide what is kind and true.

A note is for kind words only. For money, health, legal, account, or big safety choices, ask a real person you trust.

What the AI sends back

Scary texts try to make you rush. It is okay to slow down. If one ever feels off, send it to me. We can look at it together. No rush, and no worry.
