Save and reopen a caring-note helper

Keep a clear name and useful blanks.

A slot in brackets is a place to fill with a reviewed fact. The sample uses the worry, known facts, wanted form and a checked next step.

Do not send the blank version to ChatGPT. Fill the needed slots first, then read the whole request. Leave out details this wording task does not need.

Type the helper into Your practice box. Read the save status before leaving. A signed-in account can save across devices; anonymous work stays in this browser.

If saving fails or is unavailable, copy your writing to a place you control before leaving. Do not assume it was saved.

To return, open My learning, then Saved work, and reopen this lesson. On a phone, open Menu to find My learning.

If an older lesson has changed, keep the offered recovery text before starting the updated lesson. Do not discard useful writing to clear a warning.

Use the person’s stated wish.

Made-up case: a friend wants to talk about late group messages and asks for two kind sentences inviting a calm chat. No reply time, app setting or meeting has been agreed. The person can choose what help they want.

Keep the slots and add your check.

Write a helper named Caring note helper. Give it four lines: Name, Use when, Prompt and My check. In the prompt use [general worry], [known facts], [form they want] and [checked next step]. Leave these slots as labels in the saved template; fill them only in a separate request when needed.
