Save and reopen a role-and-job card

Use blanks for the details that change.

A blank like [event details] is a place to fill each time. Make those blanks in your own notes before sharing the template.

A line telling AI to leave out private details cannot undo what you already shared. Review the whole request first.

Keep your own check separate from the prompt. AI approving its answer is not the check on your card.

Keep a card you can use without rebuilding it.

For the supplied club sample, fill the blank with “Film club meets Friday at 4 p.m. in Hall 2. Bring a notebook.” Check those four details in the reply.
