You do not have to trust the first answer. You get to check it.

You asked AI to be a helper and do one job. So check those two things first. Read the answer slowly and ask four small questions:

The helperDid it act like the helper I asked for?

The jobDid it do the one job I asked, and only that job?

The factsDid it add facts I never gave it, like a name or a price?

The formDid it use the form I wanted, like a short list, not a long story?

AI can sound very sure and still be wrong. That is the whole reason you check.

Keep the big stuff for a person. For health, money, legal, account, or safety, ask a real person you trust.

Go down your four questions. For each one, give a simple mark: yes, no, or not sure.

If every part is a yes and the topic is safe, you can use the answer. If one part is a no, you can fix that one part. If the topic is big, like money or health, ask a real person instead.
