Pick one small task from today. Keep it safe and easy. Here are two good kinds to start with:
A short textasking a neighbor to return a borrowed rake
A short listthings to grab before a day out
One rule keeps you safe: leave out anything private.
Skip names, phone numbers, home addresses, and account numbers. Account numbers are the long numbers on a bank card or bill.
And skip the big stuff. For money, health, legal, account, or safety, ask a real person you trust.
