Put your first answer and your repaired answer side by side.

Then read the new one and ask two small questions:

Did it fix it?the one problem you asked it to fix

Did it add facts?anything you never told it

If it fixed the one thing and added nothing new, your repair worked.

Now try to stop. Once it is good enough, leave it alone.

A made-up fact is a detail ChatGPT invents on its own. It can sound real, so always read for that.
