Last lesson you asked ChatGPT to answer in a shape you like. A list, not a long paragraph. That was real progress.
Today's skill is short and calm. You read the answer slowly, before you use it. ChatGPT can sound sure and still leave something out.
So you become the reader who checks. Look for four small things every time:
The shapedid it come back as the list or steps you asked for?
What helpsthe parts that fit your task and feel right
What's missinga time, a place, or a step it left out
What's riskyanything you should check before you act
One rule keeps you safe. Leave out anything private. That means your full name, your address, an account number, or health facts.
And for health, money, legal, account, or safety choices, never act on ChatGPT alone. Ask a real person you trust.
