You do not need to remember it all. Just follow these five easy steps in order:
Say hiIn ChatGPT, open a fresh message and type Hi.
Say your needTell it what you want, in plain everyday words.
Ask for the formAsk for short, or a list, or simple words. A list is often easier to read.
Read and checkRead the reply once. If it feels off, just ask again.
StopKeep it when it is good enough for you. You decide when to stop.
Use this for small, everyday words. A reminder text. A short note. A simple plan.
Leave out anything private. No names, no address, no phone, no money, no health facts.
For money, health, legal, account, or safety matters, ask a real person first.
