Let's make sure you're really in.

Last lesson, you signed in. Take a breath. You did a hard thing.

Now we make sure it worked. This part is quick, and it is safe.

Three small signs tell you that you got in. Let's look for each one.

The type boxa wide box near the bottom that says Ask anything

One rule keeps your account safe. The real ChatGPT asks for your password just once.

If a page asks again, or rushes you, stop. Do not type your password.

For money or account help, ask a real person you trust.

I am signed in on ChatGPT. Where is my account button, and what can I do there?

What the AI sends back

Look at the top right corner. You will see a small circle with your first letter or your photo. Click it. A short menu opens. There you can see your name, open Settings, or Log out. If you see your name, you are signed in.

The first try, am i in, is too fuzzy. The second one names ChatGPT and asks one clear thing. So the answer comes back clear too.
