Leave out anything private. That means no names, no phone numbers, no home address, no account numbers, and no health or money facts. When in doubt, leave it out.

Also, do not use AI for the big stuff. Skip emergencies, passwords, account access, health, money, legal, or safety choices. For those, ask a real person you trust.
