Getting your lessons ready
Finish one low-risk text. You check it before you copy it.

Last time you learned to spot what is safe to copy. Today you finish the job. You write one small message, then check it before you copy.
Pick one low-risk thing. A thank-you note works well. So does a meeting reminder, a short invite, or a simple question.
Before you start, take out anything private. That means names, account numbers, exact home addresses, door codes, or passwords. A door code is the number that unlocks a building door. When in doubt, leave it out.
One rule keeps you safe. Never use this for health, money, legal, or safety choices. For those, ask a real person you trust.

Keep it tiny. One small note you can check in a few minutes is the whole win.
