A fact is just one small piece of true information. Some facts are fine to share.

A meeting day, a time, a place. Those are safe. Sharing them cannot hurt you.

Other facts are private. Full names, phone numbers, home addresses, account numbers. Those stay out.

Some topics are never for AI to decide. Health, money, law, your accounts, or your safety. For those, ask a real person you trust. When in doubt, leave it out.

Before you type one word, look at your facts. Pick up each one and ask a simple question.

Ask: would I be fine saying this out loud at the front desk? If yes, it is safe.

Here is the easy way to sort each fact:

Safe to include“Thursday, 3:00, the community room”

Replace with a blank“Maria’s phone number → [phone number]”

Ask a real person“anything about health, money, or law”

Not sure if a fact is private? Then leave it out. You can always type it in by hand later, after you read and check the text.
