Pick one small, safe task. A chore plan, a friendly note, or a packing list all work well. Keep it small enough to finish today.

One rule keeps you safe. Do not use ChatGPT for health, money, legal, account, or safety choices. For those, ask a real person you trust.
Also leave out anything private. That means no names, addresses, account numbers, or passwords. When in doubt, leave it out.
