Check a saved prompt before you trust it. You look for three things: useful, missing, and risky.

Last time, you saved a prompt so you could use it again.
A saved prompt is handy. It does the typing for you.
But a saved prompt can still give an answer that is wrong. So you give every answer a quick check first.
The check is just three questions. They are easy to remember:
One safety rule never changes. The AI is never the last word on health, money, legal, account, or safety choices. For those, ask a real person you trust. And never paste private facts. That means no names, no home address, no account numbers, and no health details.

You are the boss here. The AI helps. You decide what is good enough to use.
