Decide what stays and what changes.

The job can stay the same each time. The event details will change. Blanks make those spots easy to find.

A name is not the only clue to who someone is. The rest of a story can point to them too. Read all of the text.

Fill only the details the job needs and that are right to share. A public event and a private visit need different care.

The four facts fill four blanks. The style stays warm and short. The reply adds a welcome, with no new event rule. Check future replies for new claims.
