A label is a stand-in word inside square brackets, like [person]. Before you type, trade each private detail for a label. Here is how:

A number or codebecomes [detail]

So you would not type this: "Ask Maria at Green Street Center if my meeting is at 10."

Instead, you type this: "Ask [person] at [place] if my meeting is at [time]."

It works just the same, and your private facts stay with you. If ChatGPT ever asks for a private detail, do not give it. Just reply: please use labels instead.
