One final check

Does the message say what you chose?

A message can sound warm while accepting an invite you have not accepted. Check your intent as well as the dates and names.

Intent means what you want the message to do. You may want to thank, ask, accept or decline. Those are different jobs.

Check the request and any promise.

Read the message beside your notes. Look for added plans, stronger promises or an answer to a question you still need to ask.

An example AI reply

Thanks for inviting me. What time does it start? I will be there!

This sample needs a repair. The last sentence accepts the invite even though the sender has not decided. Keep the thanks and question, remove the promise, then check the full reply.

Make a final check

Repair the promise and keep a checklist.

Made-up intent: Thank a friend for an invitation and ask the start time. You have not decided whether to attend. Draft: Thanks for inviting me. What time does it start? I will be there! Write the corrected message, then a short checklist for using it. You do not need to send it.
