Test your errand helper before reuse

Check the task, facts and form.

Make sure the reply does the task you asked for. Compare every needed fact with the notes. Check the form is useful too.

If a needed fact is missing, pause for that fact. If the reply changes or adds a fact, correct it and check the full result again.

Keep a copy of the helper and your check. Do not mark a real errand as done just because you prepared a request.

Made-up helper: List only what I need to buy. Keep all counts and add no items. Test notes: Need three tomatoes, two onions and a can of beans. Bread is already at home.
