Reading help does not finish a form.

An explanation helps you read. A draft prepares words. Neither means you have signed, agreed to or sent anything.

Choose answers from your own facts. Do not let a guessed reply choose for you. Check unclear rules with the issuing office through a known route.

If you decide to submit a real form, review the filled-in form and use the official process. Check the result it shows. Clicking send alone does not prove it was received.

For choices about rights, health, money or benefits, use help from the office or a qualified adviser. This lesson does not check those choices for you.

Do not turn a guessed day into a plan.

Record what matches and what is still open.
