Say all three out loud, slow and calm:

A paragrapha few calm sentences
Then ask which one reads easiest for them. Wait. Do not rush.
Use this for notes, steps, or a short read. Do not use it for money, health, legal, account, or safety choices. A neat answer is not always a true answer. For those, ask a real person.
