You sat down to help. Now help with the facts.
Last time, you sat beside a friend who is learning ChatGPT. Today you help them add a few facts.
Here is why facts matter. ChatGPT does not know your friend's life. With no facts, it has to guess. A few true facts give it less to guess.
But some facts are private. Private means just for you, not for a screen. Those stay out. Build this short list together first:
When in doubt, leave it out. You can swap a private fact for a safe word. A safe word is a plain stand-in, like "my street" or "my landlord."
And remember: ChatGPT can still be wrong. For money, health, legal, or account choices, ask a real person you trust.

Go slow here. Let your friend read the private list back to you before they type one word.
