Before we start

Let's open the one tool you already have.

An AI helper is a free tool that answers what you type, in plain words. ChatGPT is one. You may already have it on your phone or computer.

You do not need five tools. You need one. Open ChatGPT now. If you have the free version, that is perfect. The free version does everything in this lesson.

You cannot break anything here. There is no wrong button. If you tap the wrong thing, nothing bad happens. You can always start over.

The whole idea

Pick one tool and one job.

A system is just one tool plus one task. That is all. It is not fancy. It is one line you can say out loud.

First, name your tool. Your tool is ChatGPT. Next, pick one task you do most weeks. Choose one that takes time or makes you a little nervous:

A draft you redothe same kind of message you write to people each week

A plan you redoplanning your study time every week

Keep it low-stakes. Low-stakes means nothing big can go wrong, like a rough draft or a simple plan. And pick a task you do again and again, not just once.

One rule keeps you safe. ChatGPT never decides money, health, legal, or account choices. Those always go to a real person you trust. ChatGPT can help you write or plan, but a person makes the big call.

Both messages ask ChatGPT for help. The second one names the tool and the task, so the line is short and clear. Clear lines get you clear help.
