Let's put your three pieces in one block.

You built three small pieces in this track. On their own, they are easy to lose. Together, they make one starter. A starter is a short note you paste at the top of a new chat. You reopen it any day.

Here are your three pieces:

Find all three notes. Open one blank note. Copy them in, in this order: about-me first, then the form, then fix-it. Now they live in one place.

One rule keeps you safe. Leave out anything private. When in doubt, leave it out. And this starter is for everyday tasks only. For money, health, legal, account, or safety choices, ask a real person.

Make it stand alone

A fresh chat has never met you.

A fresh chat starts blank. It does not remember your last chat. So your starter must say who you are and what you want, all on its own.

Read your block one time. Pretend ChatGPT is brand new and knows nothing about you. Watch for any part that points back to an old chat.

Say a line reads, "the class from before." A new chat will not know which class that is. Change it to a plain line that stands alone, like, "I plan study time for my classes."

Then read it once more. A brand-new chat should be able to follow every single word, with no backstory.

Read this starter. Mark any line that holds a real name, number, address, account, or health detail. Rewrite each one as a blank in brackets. Starter: My about-me: I draft client texts for my cleaning business. I always want a short list. Redo the weakest line if I ask.

Good news. I found no private details to mark. Your starter uses only your role and what you want. There are no real names, numbers, or accounts. It is safe to save and reuse as is.

A saved starter gets pasted again and again. So one real detail would paste again and again too. Scrub it once now, while you are calm. Then it stays clean every time.
