Check relevance and privacy separately.

A fact can be useful and still be private. A health detail does not stop being personal just because you leave off your name.

Ask whether the task needs the detail and whether you want to share it. Often a general role or a preference is enough.

Keep changing facts separate from reusable preferences. I like short lists can stay in your starter. This week’s free times need a fresh check.

Keep the times and units needed to make a plan. Removing every number would remove the useful limits too.

Do not include passwords, account details or private contact lists in this starter. A reusable note deserves a fresh read before each paste.

Study outside the class time.

Made-up current schedule: science class Tuesday, 9 to 10 a.m. Free windows: Tuesday, 11 to 11:30 a.m.; Thursday, 6 to 6:30 p.m. The learner wants 20 minutes to review notes and 20 minutes for practice questions.

Write a short context note.

Sample role: you write reminders for a small cleaning business. You prefer short, friendly texts. Client names and contact details are not needed for the draft. Write the reusable context and say what still changes each time.
