Getting your lessons ready
Record an attempt, compare it with evidence and choose a next practice step without overstating progress.

A list of topics tells you what you studied. It does not show what you can do yet. Keep a small example of your own attempt and how you checked it.
Try to explain or use the idea before looking at the notes, then compare. If you need a hint, record that too. It is useful information about what to practise.
You can return later and try a new case. One correct answer today is not proof that every part of the topic is settled.

A gap is something to work on, not a score on who you are.
