Pick the right copy and who will see it.

A piece may be for one friend, a group or the public. Choose who should see it, based on its use and what you have the right to share.

A small group is not a guarantee of privacy. People may copy, forward or photograph what they receive.

You can pause or choose not to share. Saying done or finishing this lesson does not send the piece. It does not make it safe or prove anyone saw it.

Review the exact copy

Check the copy you plan to share.

Open the copy with all your last edits. Check the facts and look for blank slots or notes to fix later. Check its size and layout. Take out details you did not mean to show.

Check if you may use each photo or piece of text. When unsure, ask the owner or use other work you know you may share. Get any consent needed to show someone’s details or photo too.

Check who will get it in the app. Read the group or link setting. A link for a select group may still be copied, along with the piece itself.

Asking AI to check a draft means giving it that text. Take out secrets and anything you should not send to the tool first. Its check can still miss things.

If you find a mistake after sharing, fix or remove the copy where you can. Tell the people who need to know. This may not erase copies they already have.

The list keeps the lack of consent and other open checks in view. It does not name a new contact or claim the rest of the draft is safe.

An attachment still matters

The text is checked for the building group. The attached photo is someone else’s, and you do not know if you may use it. Choose an answer to see why, then continue. This is practice, not a grade.

Record a real decision

Write what is ready and what is still on hold.
