Build and check a complete daily plan

Account for every stop and every minute.

List all stops instead of saying five stops and leaving three unnamed. Do not let AI invent the missing errands.

Include travel from home, between stops and back home. Add each visit’s length. Waiting for a place to open also takes time.

Check each visit against its opening window and deadline, then check the return time. A plan that meets one deadline can still miss another.

Label estimated travel as estimated. For a real trip, check current hours, pickup terms and likely travel time. Rework the plan if delays remove the room you left.

Keep prepared, checked and used separate. You can decide to keep a checked plan as a draft or use your own list instead.

Put the pickup early and include the trip home.
