Keep the useful work

Save a starter when it earns its place.

An ask is the request you write to ChatGPT. Keep one that helps with a task you repeat, and note what still needs checking.

Start with one helper here. If you need two or three for different jobs, keep separately named copies in your own notes too. More helpers are not always more useful.

A saved starter may reduce typing. The time to fill facts and check the new reply still counts. Notice whether it saves effort for you over a few real uses.

A fresh copy for each task

Keep changing facts in slots, then verify the save.

A slot uses square brackets to mark a changing value. Keep a master with slots; fill a copy with current facts before use. A slot is not an invitation to put in a password or other secret later.
