A short card should still say enough.

A daily-use card can have three lines: where AI helps, your boundaries and your check. Each line should tell you what to do.

You can make it now even if you skipped earlier lessons. Write what you know and keep the missing parts visible.

Three clear parts

State the help, the limits and the evidence.

Name the draft or plan AI can help with. Do not turn help with planning errands into a claim that the errands are done.

State boundaries that change your behavior. Keep secrets out, choose what personal context to share and review before sending or acting.

Do not use an AI reply alone for a decision that needs expert judgment. You can use it to organize questions, then take them to a qualified source.

Read it once is not a full check. Name how you will compare the facts and notice a conflict, missing detail or unworkable time.

A boundary line does not make every task safe. If a needed fact is missing or a check fails, keep the result on hold and name the next step.

The three lines keep the source’s meaning. They keep the decision with the person and call for qualified guidance where needed. Saving the card and using it on a task still need their own checks.

Use the card on a known problem

Record a plan that is not ready.

Sample: AI helps you propose errands. Your source says home by 11:30 a.m., but the draft returns at 11:45 a.m. You have not taken the trip. Write the three card lines and keep that failed check visible.
