Give the limits that change the plan

Turn vague limits into something you can check.

Little time could mean ten minutes or an hour. Low budget does not give a maximum. State the limit you want the plan to meet.

Keep facts separate from estimates. If meal times are estimates from your own recipes, say so. A plan using them is only as sound as those estimates.

A general label can leave out a name or address. It does not erase health, family or other personal details elsewhere in a note. Leave out context the task does not need.

Do not put passwords, account details or private contact lists into these requests. A stand-in is not a promise that every remaining detail is fine to share.

If a needed fact is missing, ask for it or keep that part open. Do not call the result a fit just because the reply says it is.

Put the quick meals on the short nights.

Made-up plan for four people, Monday to Friday. Time limits: Monday and Thursday, 15 minutes; other nights, 30. Chosen meals and estimated total times, each serving four: bean wraps 10 minutes, pasta 12, tray bake 25, omelets 20, rice bowls 30. Use each once. No prices are supplied.
