You can try the full task with a simple box label you own. Check the frame for private details. Open your device’s Camera app, take a clear still photo and review it.

If you prefer, save the practice image from this lesson’s example. That lets you try an upload without taking a photo. You can also do a written rehearsal and try uploading later.

Keep the source and the result together. Mayfield cannot tell whether you used a camera, sent an image or checked an outside reply. Say which steps you really took.

Choose, attach, ask, check

Do the image step as well as the words.

In ChatGPT, choose the plus control by the message box, then Add photos & files. Pick your photo or the saved practice image. Check the preview before sending.

Ask for the label text with its numbers kept. Send only when you choose to share that image. Read the actual reply and compare each line with the source.

If a line is wrong, state the correct text and ask for a full revision. Recheck it. If it is right, record that; you do not need to invent an error for practice.

If uploading is unavailable, the file will not open or a limit notice appears, follow the notice or stop at a written plan. The practice image is a small JPEG; a real upload has not been tested just by saving it.
