Say the facts your task needs

Give facts you can compare with the reply.

Say numbers clearly. Include words such as no or not when they matter. You can ask AI to repeat the key facts, then compare them with your own note.

If you do not know a detail, say so. Ask it to flag the gap instead of filling it in. A confident voice is not evidence that a missing fact is true.

For a real event, use the full date and relevant local time. Check those against the organizer’s current notice. A made-up practice event does not need a real booking.

Choose what to share before speaking. Only needed details belong in the request. Typing a private record instead is still sharing it with the service.

Listen for each needed fact in the reply. If any are wrong or missing, ask for a revision and check the new version.

Keep every item and leave out glue.

Keep the item counts and the exclusion.

Sample art kit: two brushes, one cup and four blank sheets. No paint is wanted. Write a spoken Request for a three-line list, then a Check listing what must be kept or left out.
