Keep what is done and what is open.

Name the source and the steps you tried. List the reply fields you checked. If you only used a written example, call it rehearsal.

A partly checked reply is not fully checked. Keep the remaining fields and missing facts visible, then choose one next step.

Before a real payment, booking or other important action, check the source and details. Use a known website or contact found independently of a suspect notice. Seek qualified help for decisions that need it.
