Share the right part of a document

Keep context. Leave private details out.

For a date question, include the words next to each date. A booking date and an event date are not the same thing.

For your own page, a short typed excerpt may be enough. Include needed units, warnings and conditions. If you crop an image, check the saved result before sharing it.

A black shape drawn over text in a PDF is not proof that the text is gone. The file may still hold it or other hidden details. Use the practice source if you cannot verify what a file contains.

Do not ask AI to hide a secret after you have uploaded it. A short reply does not make the file you sent smaller or more private.

If you type an excerpt, say it is an excerpt. Do not claim the rest of the page has been read or checked.

Keep both dates and their jobs.
