For a Mayfield try, go to the example step and use Read this step to me. It reads the whole step, including the source, request, reply and note. Try Pause, Continue and Stop if helpful.

For a ChatGPT try, open it from the practice step. Copy only the complete Request from your task record, including the source text. Review it before sending. Get the reply, then use Read aloud if that action is available.

A sign-in or tool limit may appear. You can stop and use the written example without buying a plan. Opening ChatGPT does not send your request or start playback.

If you use a real AI reply, record the text you actually received. If you use this sample, name it as a written sample.

The practice box saves writing. It does not save an audio recording or playback position. Stop audio before moving on, and keep any task still open in your record.
