Fill out a form online

Let us go through this together, one little step at a time.

Tap each step once you have done it. This is just for you. Nothing is timed, and nothing can go wrong.

1. 1Look for the first empty box near the top.
2. 2Tap or click inside that box.
3. 3A blinking line will appear in the box.
4. 4Type your answer.
5. 5On a phone, a keyboard pops up at the bottom.
6. 6On a computer, just type with your keyboard.
7. 7To fill the next box, tap or click inside it.
8. 8Then type your answer again.
9. 9Some boxes have a small arrow on the right.
10. 10That kind of box is a menu.
11. 11Tap the arrow and pick your answer from the list.
12. 12A box with a star (*) is one you must fill in.
13. 13Fill in every box that has a star.
14. 14Made a mistake? Tap back into that box.
15. 15Remove the old words, then type again.
16. 16Nothing breaks when you fix a box.
17. 17Only fill in what the form asks for.
18. 18If it asks for a password or a card number, be careful.
19. 19Not sure why it asks? Stop and ask someone you trust first.
20. 20When the boxes are filled, look for a button.
21. 21It often says Submit or Send.
22. 22It is usually near the end of the form.
23. 23Tap or click that button to send the form.
24. 24A button that says Next or Continue means more boxes are coming.
25. 25Keep going until you see Submit or Send.
26. 26After you send it, the screen will change.
27. 27You will often see a thank-you message or a new page.
28. 28That means it worked. You are done.
