Fill out a form online
Forms help you sign up, ask for help, or join things. They look busy. But they are just empty boxes waiting for you. Fill one in, and the rest feel easy.

A form is a set of boxes. They ask for things like your name or email. You fill them in one at a time. Let me walk you through it.
On most phones and computers
- Look for the first empty box near the top.
- Tap or click inside that box.
- A blinking line will appear in the box.
- Type your answer.
- On a phone, a keyboard pops up at the bottom.
- On a computer, just type with your keyboard.
- To fill the next box, tap or click inside it.
- Then type your answer again.
- Some boxes have a small arrow on the right.
- That kind of box is a menu.
- Tap the arrow and pick your answer from the list.
- A box with a star (*) is one you must fill in.
- Fill in every box that has a star.
- Made a mistake? Tap back into that box.
- Remove the old words, then type again.
- Nothing breaks when you fix a box.
- Only fill in what the form asks for.
- If it asks for a password or a card number, be careful.
- Not sure why it asks? Stop and ask someone you trust first.
- When the boxes are filled, look for a button.
- It often says Submit or Send.
- It is usually near the end of the form.
- Tap or click that button to send the form.
- A button that says Next or Continue means more boxes are coming.
- Keep going until you see Submit or Send.
- After you send it, the screen will change.
- You will often see a thank-you message or a new page.
- That means it worked. You are done.
